Refund Policy:

If for any reason (s) the User's recharge request is not successful, the User must send fill in the contact us page on the website quoting all relevant details of name of the registered user, primary mail id, contact no, subscriber ID recharged, time & date of recharge, amount of recharge, mode of the payment used and transaction id, within 7 days of such failure requesting for a refund. Upon receipt of such email request rechargeitnow.com will process the same and if found in order; refund the amount to the user within 10 working days in the same form as the original payment type.
